In addition to fibres, vegetables are high in vitamins A and C. Growing a liking for vegetables in children is still difficult. A healthy diet, a better body weight, and a decreased risk of disease are all linked to eating lots of fruits and vegetables. Children who eat vegetables grow up to be adults who eat vegetables.

Overeating is unhealthy:
Your children won’t be hungry for meals if they eat snacks throughout the day. Child can’t learn to detect their own feelings of hunger and fullness. If they constantly eating no matter if it is all nutritious food, that will be considered overeating.

Drinking Beverages whole day:
A child’s diet can include appropriate amount of beverages like juice in a healthy way. However, consuming more amounts of juice on daily basis causes toddlers to have diarrhoea. And fills up their bellies, leaving less room for meals. Although studies haven’t linked juice consumption to excessive weight gain, it is undoubtedly a source of additional calories that may add up quickly their weight.

Eating Too Much Sugar is unhealthy:
It’s not surprising that all children enjoy sweet things because they are born with a liking for them. However, added sugar, the type found in sweet snacks and sweets, also has a lot of calories but little nutritional value. According to food surveys, children consume the equivalent of 14 teaspoons of sugar per day. Which make bad impact on their health and they end up gaining body weight.

Consuming Excessive Carbohydrates:
If children avoid protein-rich meals like meat and poultry, they could not obtain all the essential elements they require, such as zinc and highly absorbable iron. They’ll also say that they feel hungry again shortly after meals if they consume a lot carbohydrates like white bread and noodles because of which they keep on consuming excessive amounts of carbs which is ultimately unhealthy.

Skipping Breakfast is unhealthy:
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but, due to rush in the morning children sometimes skip their breakfast which disrupts their eating time table and they end up munching unhealthy food at last.
